The Starting Condition

This granite countertop had lost its factory shine along the front edge, with a dull, worn strip where hands and dishes rest most often, plus a small chip near the edge where the sealer had broken down.

Our Process

We honed the surface to remove the dull, worn strip and blend it back into the surrounding polish, repaired the small edge chip, and finished with a fresh penetrating sealer to protect the granite from future staining.

The Result

The countertop's warm gold and cream tones came back to full brightness with an even, reflective finish across the whole surface, and the repaired edge is no longer visible.
